These Terms of Membership outline the expectations, responsibilities, and cooperative rules applicable to members of Nexus Cooperative Club.
Membership may be subject to verification and approval. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and KYC.
Member deposits are recorded in your dashboard. Processing times may vary depending on verification and administrative approval.
Loan eligibility and approval are governed by cooperative policies. Repayment schedules and decisions are displayed in the platform.
You agree to use the platform lawfully and not attempt to misuse services, interfere with operations, or provide misleading information.
You must keep your account secure and not share your credentials. We may suspend access to protect members and the platform.

To ensure active participation, new member accounts that do not record any savings activity within 3 months of creation will be flagged as inactive.
Impacted members will receive a warning email and typically have a 7-day grace period (or as specified in the notice) to make a deposit.
If no activity is recorded by the end of the grace period, the membership will be deactivated. Deactivated members may contact support to inquire about reactivation procedures.
